Devinder graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) - Second Class Upper Division, from the University of London in 1986 and was called to the English Bar in 1987. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1988.
Between 1988 and 2000, Devinder practiced with the firm of Harry Elias Partnership, where he rose to become one of the Senior Partners of the firm in its Litigation Department.
At ACIES Law Corporation, Devinder is the Director in charge of our corporate and commercial litigation practice. He has extensive experience in rendering pre-litigation and litigation advice in highly complex Litigation and Arbitration disputes on commercial, corporate and professional negligence matters.
